Every year Barkley comes together to recognize the amazing work created under the rocket. The festivities are broken up into an evening of celebrating the previous year and a day of inspiration to propel partners forward into the next. 2019 was all about the asterisk*. A notation that became the reminder to give yourself permission to question everything.

As you walked into any entrance, you were greeted by the slowly revealing murals.
Around the building, little creative reminders started popping up.
The main event had a wonderful keynote presentation that played along with the talent and awards.
Every table was decked out in custom stickers, note books, and activity cards.
